Sekitar lokasi ada warga sekitar yang buka toko kelontong dan angkringan, jadi tidak sulit mencari makan atau kebutuhan lain. View dari penginapan cantik banget baik siang mupun malam hari. Kebetulan dapat kamar di lantai atas, jadi buka pintu udah langsung bisa menikmati view gunung merapi dan keindahan jogja lainnya. Balkon di lantai 2 sangat luas dan masih ada tambahan balkon lagi di atasnnya dekat tandon, jadi bisa lihat view dari balkon yang lebih tinggi. Kamarnya sangat luas. Sudah ada dipan, kasur, bantal, selimut, kursi, dan meja. Kamar mandi juga luas, sudah tersedia shower, closet duduk, dan wastafel beserta kaca. Waktu datang kesini sebenaranya agak bingung karena tidak ada lobby dn resepsionist, tapi setelah beberapa saat disampering sama penjaga penginapan yang tinggal depan penginapan pas. Waktu masuk kamar sebenarnya seprei agak kotor dan pas bilang ke pemilik, ditawarin ganti sprei tapi milih gk usah aja yang penting pemilik tau kalau bukan kami yang ngotorin. Dapat harga murah waktu kesini karena lewat aplikasi. Sangat puasa dengan view yang didapat dan kondisi kamar yang oke dengan harga segitu. Cocok untuk liburan bersama pasangan atau keluarga. Samping kamar saya sebenarnya ada dapur, tapi tidak tahu bisa untuk masak atau tidak. Parkirannya tidak begitu luas, tapi cukup karena kamarnya juga tidak banyak. Suasana sangat nyaman karena tidak berisik, jauh dari kebisingan kota, tapi masih bisa menikmati keindahan kota dan alam langsung dari depan kamar penginapan. Pemandangan yg didapat pun sangat indah, kamar cukup nyaman dan luas dengan 1 kasur queen bed + 1 kasur single bed cukup utk 3-4 org dewasa.. akses mudah dijangkau utk kendaraan besar, jalan sekitar villanya sedikit menanjak.. dekat dengan wisata tebing breksi, candi ijo, candi barong. Kalau ke candi prambanan pun dekat cuma 15 menit dari villa
