(Translated by Google) The hotel is comfortable, clean, no issues whatsoever. The receptionist and service are good, the people are friendly. The shower water is strong, the price is affordable, and they also include breakfast. Don't look at the negative comments, there are none. I've already stayed there. They said it was scary, the room was dirty, it's just a HOAX. I just want to give some input, it would be better if the building is renovated again so it doesn't lose out to other hotels with modern buildings. Thank you Hotel Hermina for your service. 🥰💗 (Original) Hotelnya nyaman, bersih, gk da masalah apapun. Utk reseptionist dan pelayanan bagus, ramah² orgnya. Air kamar mandi deras, harga terjangkau, uda dpt breakfast lg. Jgn liat komen² yg negatif, gk ada itu. Aku uda lgsg nginap dsna. Katanya serem, kamar kotor cuma HOAX. Hanya sy memberikan masukan aja alangkah baiknya bangunan direnov lg agar tdk kalah saing sm hotel² lain yg bangunan sdh modern. Thx Hotel Hermina atas pelayanannya. 🥰💗
