Sayang sekali depan Apartemen ada tempat pembuangan sampah umum, jadi saat hujan kudu siap2 menahan nafas karena bau banget sampah. Kebetulan Kita stay di unit yang di dalam, jadi berasa Tenang. Kalo yang deket jalan raya, pasti berisik si. Lokasi dekat dengan tol Pasteur dan cukup strategis. Tempat Parkir juga luas, sirkulasi udara bagus.
