Initially, we were asked to pay an extra fee. However, once I mentioned that I booked through Agoda, they accepted it. The receptionist was very friendly and assisted us with hot water and storing our luggage when we checked out. The room was clean. Just a heads up, you'll need to bring your own towel, shampoo, body wash, and slippers.
