Plus: Harga terjangkau, lokasi strategis di pusat kota, kamar dan hotelnya bersih serta terawat, staf sangat ramah. Minus: Air panas tidak berfungsi. Fasilitas minim, hanya tersedia 2 sabun batang kecil. Air mineral tidak disediakan, harus membeli di FO seharga 7rb. Tidak ada pemanas air untuk membuat kopi/teh. Kopi dan teh juga tidak tersedia. Tisu di kamar tidak ada. Handuk dan keset tidak ada di kamar, jadi harus meminta di FO. Gantungan di laci juga tidak ada. Tidak ada lift. Kesimpulan: Hotel ini sangat direkomendasikan bagi Anda yang mencari tempat menginap dengan budget terbatas karena kamarnya bersih dan AC-nya cukup dingin. Hotel ini memiliki interior yang klasik, masih seperti di tahun 80-an hingga 90-an (tidak ada perubahan). Bagi yang ingin menikmati fasilitas lebih, ada banyak pilihan lain. Semoga ke depannya setidaknya disediakan 2 botol air mineral 600ml, tisu, dan fasilitas dasar lainnya, karena itu adalah standar minimal sebuah hotel. OYO saja sudah ada, masa hotel yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 90-an tidak menyediakan hal-hal tersebut?

I stayed in the Standard Twin Room on the 4th floor of the hotel. Just a heads up, there’s no elevator, so be prepared to take the stairs. The room was clean and quite cozy, although it wasn’t very large. The amenities included soap, towels, and a shower, but I noticed that drinking water, a hot shower, toothbrush, and toothpaste weren’t provided. They did have cups and teapots, but they were a bit dirty, so I chose not to use them—perhaps they hadn’t been cleaned after the last guests. The free WiFi was fast, but I had to go downstairs to ask the staff for the password since it wasn’t provided in the room. The staff were really friendly and eager to help. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right by a mosque and an LRT station. Just remember that a deposit is required upon check-in. Overall, I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Thank you for the great service!
