There are only two public bathrooms on that floor, and the restroom is on the first floor (there's one). The motorcycle parking is quite spacious, but the car parking can only accommodate one car (although it's wide and long and maneuverable, it only fits one car. Parkiran motor cukup luas, tapi parkiran mobil cuma muat 1 (walau lebar dan panjang, bisa manuver, tapi cuma cukup 1 mobil, kalau ada mobil lain harus parkir di tanah kosong, tidak bisa parkir di pinggir jalan). Lokasinya masuk gang, cukup satu mobil plus satu motor. Selain depan penginapan ada tanah kosong dekat rel kereta bisa untuk putar balik mobil. Depan gang ada alfamart 24 jam, dan masjid yg besar. Ada pantri untuk umum (kompor dll bebas pakai). Kamar petugas (office) ada didepan, bisa diketuk kapan saja. Sangat mencukupi untuk sekedar tidur/ istirahat. Minusnya, harga yg murah ini akan juga menarik IQ rendah. Sudah disediakan smoking area di depan baik lantai 1 dan 2, masih saja ada yg nekat bawa asbak ke koridor pas petugasnya tidur (tulisan dilarang merokok ada di mana-mana). Di lantai atas saat siang terik akan terasa lumayan panas. Tidak ada AC, ada kipas angin di setiap kamar.
