I required an economical overnight accommodation in Tangerang to facilitate proximity to the airport. I utilized Agoda.com and located a budget-friendly hotel priced at $6 per night. Given its location in Tangerang, its proximity to the airport, and its remarkably low price, I proceeded with a reservation. For an additional $2, increasing the total to $8, breakfast was included. I opted for this upgrade, curious about the breakfast offerings at that price point. Upon arrival via a ride-sharing service, my expectations were modest, anticipating basic accommodations. However, the hotel presented itself as surprisingly well-maintained. The receptionist was cordial, and the lobby appeared tidy. Following check-in, I proceeded to my room, which was spacious and clean. The air conditioning provided excellent cooling, a welcome relief from the heat. The bathroom was equipped with clean towels and a new toothbrush. I found the amenities provided to be exceptional for an $8 price point, easily comparable to a $50 accommodation. The following morning, the breakfast selection was surprisingly extensive. I have noted some negative reviews regarding this establishment and am left to ponder the expectations of guests at this price level. One would not anticipate a private butler or bedtime story readers, even in a five-star hotel. For those seeking an affordable stay, I highly recommend this establishment, which also offers fast in-room Wi-Fi.
