Receptionist jelaskan kalo mereka sdh komplain ke traveloka ttg type kamar yang tertera di aplikasi namun blm jg dibenahi. Saran saya jgn buru2 bayar di aplikasi kalo pesan kamar, apalagi yg tipe tidak bisa refund. Cek dulu ulasan2 di google maps biar dapat gambaran lebih jelas dari pemakai.
