Don't expect too much from the facilities, it's a cheap hotel 😂 If you want exclusive facilities, rent an accommodation with an exclusive price too. When checking in, the receptionist was quite friendly. I was asked to leave my ID card & a 100 thousand deposit as collateral (ID card & deposit are returned upon check out). The receptionist suggested that if you want to book accommodation again, it's better to go through the RedDoors application, because they said the accommodation is no longer working with the Agoda application. Alhamdulillah I can still stay without cancellation / additional costs 🥰 The price of accommodation on the Agoda application is indeed much cheaper than other applications. Comfortable room, soft mattress, standard pillow sheets, blankets, AC on, TV on, fairly clean toilet, normal water, there is a glass cupboard, table and chairs, sitting toilet, wifi available. Disadvantages: cellphone internet signal drops, but there is wifi. BTW it turns out that the name of this inn's Wifi is lily, the same as the name of the inn across from it which has a bad rating. Possibly the owner is the same. But Alhamdulillah all the complaints in the reviews of the lily inn across, have been fixed at this inn. Harga all in kisaran 140rb an. Sharing berdua, jadi bisa patungan masing2 70rb. Saya cekin 28.05.2025 18.00, cekout 29.05.2025 08.00 wib. Satu kamar boleh diisi 2 dewasa & 2 anak. Jgn berharap banyak dgn fasilitas ya, namanya juga hotel murah 😂 Kalau mau fasilitas yg eksklusif yaaa sewanya penginapan yg harganya eksklusif jg. Saat cekin resepsionis cukup ramah. Saya dipinta meninggalkan KTP & deposit 100rb sbg jaminan (KTP & deposit dikembalikan saat cekout). Resepsionis menyarankan, kalau mau memesan penginapan lagi sebaiknya lewat aplikasi RedDoors, karena katanya pihak penginapan sudah tidak bekerjasama dgn aplikasi Agoda. Alhamdulillah saya tetap bisa menginap tanpa pembatalan / tambahan biaya 🥰 Harga penginapan di aplikasi Agoda emang jauh lebih murah dibanding aplikasi lainnya. Kamar nyaman, kasur empuk, seprai bantal selimut standar, AC nyala, TV nyala, WC lumayan bersih, air normal, ada lemari meja kursi kaca, toilet duduk, wifi dapat. Kekurangan: sinyal internet ponsel drop, tapi ada wifi. BTW ternyata nama Wifi penginapan ini lily, sama seperti nama penginapan di sebrangnya yg ratingnya buruk. Kemungkinan owner-nya sama. Tapi Alhamdulillah segala complain dlm ulasan penginapan lily sebrang, diperbaiki di penginapan ini. Sukses terus untuk penginapan capital S1 residence 👍 Haifa - Sukabumi
