I really think it's a fantastic deal for what you pay, and the staff are super friendly. My only issue was that the room price listed in the app didn't match what I ended up paying at check-in, so I had to shell out a bit more when I arrived. Also, I noticed that if you leave any trash lying around in the room, ants tend to show up.
