Two years ago, when I first stayed here, everything was fantastic! The room was brand new, spotless, and had a lovely scent. There were no leaks from the upstairs toilet, and the drainage worked perfectly without any slowdowns or blockages. There weren't many mosquitoes, and the place was well-maintained. However, after two years, I’ve noticed quite a change. Now, I can hardly find anyone to clean my room. I really love this place, but it’s essential to keep up with the maintenance, especially regarding hygiene and the plumbing. The staff should pay more attention to the trash left by previous guests, particularly in the bathroom and under the bed. There was quite a bit of litter, and the sheets didn’t seem clean. Still, I truly hope this place can return to its former glory because it was such a wonderful spot to stay in the Ubud area. Thank you, everyone!

Niatnya mau merayakan ulang tahun teman di Ubud, tapi malas bolak-balik ke Denpasar seharian. Akhirnya, saya memutuskan untuk menginap semalam di Ubud. Sebelum memesan, saya selalu membaca ulasan terlebih dahulu, dan kebetulan hotel ini memiliki rating yang bagus di Google. Mumpung ada promo di Agoda, langsung saja saya booking. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman saya sangat baik. Yang terpenting, kamar bersih dan rapi saat saya tiba. Fasilitas standar, ada TV, AC, dan Wifi. Tempat parkir juga luas, pelayanan sangat ramah, dan lokasinya dekat dengan tempat wisata serta kafe untuk makan siang. Satu-satunya yang kurang adalah ada sedikit karat di tempat sabun. Selain itu, shower gelnya habis saat saya datang. Tapi tidak masalah, karena saya membawa sabun mandi sendiri. Pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan dan tenang!
