Semua sesuai dengan yang diiklankan, lokasi dekat pusat kota, sangat bersih, kamar dibersihkan setiap hari (kami menginap selama 4 hari), staf bisa lebih ramah lagi, jangan terlalu sering melihat ponsel saat berbicara dengan tamu, senyumnya harus selalu ceria dan ramah, jangan kadang-kadang ramah dan kadang jutek. Meskipun gaji kecil, itu adalah risiko yang diambil oleh seorang customer service dan jalan yang mereka pilih. Hot shower tidak berfungsi dengan baik -- beruntung cuaca Medan panas sampai 33°. Tetap direkomendasikan OYO ini.
