The landlady, security, and the cleaning lady are very friendly. The location of the house is also not far from the front gate. The only drawback is the internet/wifi is really bad. I even bought a LAN cable but it was still useless. So for remote workers like me, it's hard to work in the room. So if you want to have a meeting, you have to use your own hotspot or find another cafe. Hopefully this can be fixed in the future. If I have the chance, I want to come back again. (Original) Kamarnya nyaman, bersih, dan tetangga kost ga ada yg berisik. Cocok buat introvert karena ga banyak interaksi sesama penghuni. Bapak kost, sekuriti dan ibu/mbak yg bersih2 sangat ramah. Lokasi rumah juga ga jauh dari gerbang depan. Kurangnya cuma satu, internet/wifi nya jelek bangettt. Saya sampe beli kabel LAN pun tetep ga guna. Jadi buat pekerja remote kaya saya susah mau kerja di kamar. Jadinya kalo mau meeting harus pake hotspot sendiri atau cari cafe lagi. Semoga kedepannya bisa diperbaiki soal ini. Kalo ada kesempatan saya pengen balik lagi.
