Pelayanan bagus, kamar mantap, dengan harga segitu. Cuman pengalaman saya dapat charge (denda) 100 rb per hari karena menginap dengan 3 orang. Padahal kamar maksimal 2 orang. karena saya mengantar ayah ke rumah sakit siloam. Jadi, saat sudah masuk kamar malah 1 orang yang menginap di kamar tsb namun gak ad dispen. Dan harus mendopsitkan uang 100 rb setiap check in. Mohon mungkin untuk lebih bagus dituliskan juga aturannya agar, Pelanggan lebih bisa meninmbang bukan waktu disana baru diberi tahu. Dan nomor cs lebih responsif.
