TDK ad sbun2 an & air minum yang disediakan. Harga 200rb per MLM tertanggal 20 Apr. 25 berlaku utk semua kmr dan hari biasa kt receptions ny. Ini termurah dibanding yg lain sprti pondok Axxx, Skxx (hrga berubah2 n HR mnggu lebih mhal), Sawaxxx Hoxxx. Terletak di gang depan RSUP Djamil sehingga sangat dekat dan bisa jalan kaki tapi gang ny rmh2 warga sehingga sepi. D dpn GG dan spjg jln banyak jual makanan dan jalanan ramai
