(Translated by Google) Overall, my staycation at Palette Legian Beach Hotel was okay and quite comfortable. I understand the hotel is undergoing a rebranding after leaving the previous management, but it feels like the current branding hasn't brought any significant innovation. Price-wise, it's still reasonable—you really get what you pay for. Expectations weren't too high, but it was still in line with what I received. There was one unpleasant experience in the restroom, where the shower head suddenly broke. Fortunately, there was still a handle to stop the water. After reporting it to the receptionist, they explained that the condition was quite fragile. The shower head was still usable, but without the handle. Breakfast was à la carte (not buffet), so each person only received one main course. However, drinks were refillable, so it was still a good start to the day. Overall, my staycation was quite good, but there were a few things that could be improved, especially in terms of maintenance and future innovation. Dari segi harga masih reasonable—benar-benar you get what you pay.

(Translated by Google) I was more than satisfied with this hotel and will probably only book here from now on. The cleanliness was simply fantastic; everything was impeccably maintained and spotless. The service was also excellent, and everything at check-in was smooth and uncomplicated – which, unfortunately, isn't always the case at every hotel. The hotel also has a pool that is really clean and inviting, and the breakfast is absolutely fine for the price. You can even help yourself to as much coffee, juice, and fruit as you like. Overall, I felt very comfortable here and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. 😊
