Overall, this is a good hotel in terms of rooms, dining, and event halls. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the room service is reliable and efficient. However, the event hall service seems to be improved- the attendant did not seem fully aware or attentive to guests’ needs. Additionally, the front desk team were not cooperative and welcoming.
