I had a great check-in experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. However, the cleanliness of the hotel could be improved. The staff was attentive but could have been more helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I had a great time at this hotel! The TV was nice, and I loved being so close to Bunderan Ambon. Just a short walk away. The Bandung Zoo is also not too far, which was a plus for me.
