When I was leaving, the electricity was cut off for me fifteen minutes before, and when I arrived, they asked me to pay the accommodation fee, which I did. But before I left, they called me to inform me that there was an outstanding amount. I asked them why, and they said they forgot to record the full amount. I did not benefit from anything from the hotel, whether water or anything else. Is this the correct way?

wow, what an amazing experience! this hotel is located just steps from the best attractions. when I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. the cleanliness of the room truly stood out to me. I loved coming back to such a neat space every day after enjoying the city.
