Bagus pelayanannya .. but honestly we disappointed with the room location. I was booked and req for 2 twin bed close by or side by side but : 1. The front office give me wrong room, which is there was another guest inside 2. The staff than move me to other room, but again not close with the other room that i booked 3. Ac hot, already reported than ok but still not as cold as i wish for and the bed was queen bed not twin bed I was reported to the reception about the room location but he said, the room full booked and he cant do anything. Overall ok, only that make me fell dissapointed.
