I have been traveling for six weeks and pulled in to the Oyo hotel today .I had the pleasure of meeting Lauria at the front desk. She couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. She let me look at the room before I purchased it and then got me checked in ASAP. I had the pleasure of talking with her for 10 minutes and she was just a super person. I have been in the customer service field for close to 40 years and know what good customer service is like and I’ll tell you she’s got it. She’s a keeper. Thanks Lori for bringing a little sunshine into my day today.Chris
the room was really clean and smelled fresh when I walked in. I booked the room earlier that day online and let them know I was going to arrive after midnight so they turned the ac unit on and the room was perfectly chilled when I walked in from the Louisiana heat.
