While the photos online looked appealing, the actual experience fell a bit short of my expectations. We ended up checking out early after just one night, as we found ourselves needing to run to a local store for some essentials. The linens provided were not up to par, and a quick cleanup was necessary before settling in. However, I did appreciate the assistance from the customer service team who helped facilitate our early departure smoothly.
The hotel had a nice selection of beverages, but I wished there was a coffee maker in the room. It would have been great to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee right after waking up. Also, I noticed a couple of marks on the bedding, but it didn’t really affect my stay. Overall, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
