Goa Arrival

Your splendid holiday in Goa would begin with your arrival at Goa Airport/railway Station. From there, you will get a private transfer to your hotel. Check-in and spend a day at leisure.

North Goa Sightseeing

Start your day with a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel and head for a half-day sightseeing of Goa, covering the 15th century Reis Magos Fort which was built to protect the narrowest point at the mouth of the Mandovi estuary. Proceed to Fort Aguada and its Lighthouse, a Portuguese fort that stands on the beach south of Candolim and at the shore of Mandovi river. It was built in 1612 in order to guard the Portuguese empire against the Dutch and the Marathas and offers an expansive view of the Arabian sea. Next stop would be the Sinquerim beach which is a haven for water sports with wide stretches of endless sand. Proceed to the Calangute beach which buzzes with life with water activities and numerous beach shacks serving delectable food and drinks. Few minutes ahead is the Baga beach, the most famous beach in Goa famous for its lively nightlife. Then, move to the Anjuna beach known to host one of the best flea markets of Goa (held every Wednesday). Finally, visit the Vagator Beach for its laid-back vibe and clean waters. By evening, return to the hotel for a comfortable night stay. You may also choose to relax in the evening by the poolside.

South Goa Sightseeing

After breakfast, head to explore South Goa. Begin with visiting Shri Mangueshi Temple, one of the largest and most frequented temples in Goa, it is dedicated to Lord Manguesh (an incarnation of Lord Shiva). From there, head to Shantadurga Temple which is a private temple complex belonging to Goud Saraswat Brahmin community and is dedicated to Shantadurga, the goddess who mediates between Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva. Both the temples are located in Kavlem, Priol. After that, proceed towards the churches of old Goa. Starting with the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it holds the mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier and is one of the best examples of baroque architecture in India. Next stop would be Se Cathedral which was built from 1562-1640 to commemorate the victory of the Portuguese over a Muslim army. Inside the cathedral hangs a large bell known as the ‘Golden Bell’ which is the largest in Goa and one of the best in the world. As the day comes to an end, get back to the hotel for a relaxing night stay.

Departure from Goa

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get a private transfer to the airport/railway station for your return journey.

What’s Not Included?

Terms and Conditions

  • Early check in and Late check outs will be chargeable and subject to availability
  • In case of triple occupancy, the third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
  • Food booked during your tour would be by default vegetarian, you need to inform and book in advance for Non Veg items Meals.
  • If you are booked for a sharing accommodation, transport or activity, you have to strictly follow the timings (Check in Check out timings, Drop and Pickup timings) so your tour can be smoothly accomplished. OYO would not be responsible for any missed or unused part of your tour
  • Driver has fixed working hours and his working time is till 10AM to 6PM
  • Car will run strictly as per the itinerary and it is not disposal unless it is not mentioned specifically, If customer wishes to go market separately and want to go for a late evening dinner he has to pay directly to the driver
  • Guest Arrival / Departure details along with a working mobile no. detail is important for smoother operations
  • Entrance fee would not be included unless it is mentioned specifically.
  • 'Day at Leisure' essentially implies that no sightseeing/activity is included for that day
  • Your drivers are good in driving with a reasonable communication skills, although they hail from smaller locations and less educated background. At times their mannerism may not suit you, request you please maintain a cordial behaviour with them.
  • Guest need to pay mandatory dinner costs and surcharges applicable in festive season like Christmas and New Year directly at the hotel unless it is not included specifically.
  • During strikes the car will operate only as per the situation on ground, there will be no refund on unused services for that day, A customer who has to go for an Intercity transfers, Airport / Rail Transfers, They need to leave before strike starts, otherwise they need to wait for strike to be over. Most of the cases you would get information about strike a day or two prior or during your travel, which is completely out of our control but OYO will try and help you as much as you can.
  • Only 1 Luggage is permitted per pax. If too many of extra belonging, client have to pay supplement charges for additional luggage vehicle and please inform supplier in advance.
