This hotel on Sukhumvit Road is lovely and well-kept, with convenient parking right outside. It's located about 2 kilometers from the beach and the lively bar area of Pattaya. The staff at the 24-hour reception are incredibly friendly. They offer complimentary toast and hot water for coffee or noodle dishes, which is a nice touch. There's also a charming little swimming pool at the reception area, something I've never encountered before. My room was spotless, with fresh bed linens and a daily supply of two large and two small towels. The bathroom was tidy and featured the rare luxury of hot water in both the sink and shower, which is quite unusual for Thailand. The room included a fridge with a small freezer and air conditioning. There was a mirror at the makeup table along with several chairs and tables. The flat-screen TV mounted on the wall had a great selection of English-language news and movie channels. It's worth mentioning that while all rooms have windows, many face the interior. If you're traveling solo and considering inviting a guest to your room, it's more economical to book for two people, as it costs the same, and you can save 500 Baht a day if your partner arrives later.

Overall, the room was nice and clean, and the staff were decent, though the hotel itself could use some improvement. I prefer to have a label or some indication, but it seems like this hotel is still figuring things out. I tried reaching the call center multiple times, but it felt a bit chaotic. The location is a bit tricky, but it has its own charm.
