Rather dated. The water was only lukewarm. A renovation would be necessary. However, for the price, it's acceptable. The pool is also usable. One should not have too high expectations. The price-performance ratio is very good. The location is near the Tha Phrae Gate, ideal for both the old town and the area between the old town and the Ping River.
