We booked the Premier Deluxe Twin for two adults and had a great experience! Pros - We arrived around 3 AM, and the reception was quick to accommodate us, which was a relief. - The staff were wonderful; very polite and friendly throughout our stay. - Our room was incredibly spacious! We expected just beds, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchen and a living area as well. - When we requested fresh towels, they were more than happy to help us out. - The bathroom was spotless, which we really appreciated. - All the appliances worked perfectly, making our stay comfortable. - It was super easy to order and book through Grab for meals and transportation. Cons - They tidied up our room while we were out, but thankfully, all our belongings were safe. - We only received one keycard, so we had to deal with the power going off every time we left the room. - They were a bit slow to respond to our request for a late check-in, but in the end, they managed to accommodate us.

Location - It's conveniently located near Iconsiam, though dining options in the immediate area are somewhat limited, so you may need to explore a bit further for a wider selection. Check-in/Out - The process is very straightforward. The hotel staff is available around the clock, ensuring that both check-in and check-out are quick and hassle-free. Facility - The property is clean and well-kept. While it may not be brand new, it certainly doesn’t feel outdated. Room - The room is tidied up daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided. They include a hairdryer and a kettle for your convenience. Just a heads up, they don’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, so it’s a good idea to bring your own. There was a minor issue with the toilet flush not always working perfectly. Additionally, the air conditioning in the living room could be more effective in cooling the space. Overall - This hotel offers great value for the price. Despite a few minor quirks like the air conditioning and occasional plumbing hiccups, it provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
