1. Spacious bathroom and toilet facilities in the dormitory room are great. 2. The pool is lovely. 3. Close to the Chiangmai Gate market, which has affordable fresh local produce in the morning. 4. Not far from restaurants and bars, yet the environment is peaceful. 5. The staff are friendly. 6. Non-smoking rooms are available, with a designated smoking area in the parking lot. 7. They offer a poolside café, bike rentals, and tours at excellent prices for backpackers, and the staff can communicate well in Thai, English, and Chinese. 8. The toilets are well-equipped with tissue, some shampoo, and soap. I come to Chiangmai every year because I adore the culture and the wonderful people here. This place is perfect for a budget hotel with nice rooms and great facilities.

We've been exploring Thailand for 8 weeks now, and this place has been one of our favorites! Such amazing value for what we paid; our room was just right. It had everything we needed, including a comfy bed, a fridge, and a great shower! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with big smiles every time we passed by. The sweet old gentleman who seated us for breakfast was delightful; we even shared a laugh about being from Wales and joked about Gareth Bale being a bit down on his luck! The pool was quite chilly, but honestly, it felt refreshing after a long day of wandering around Chiang Mai! We would absolutely recommend this spot; we ended up extending our stay for another night!
