The accommodation is a bit of a distance from central Pattaya, but the atmosphere is serene and tranquil. There isn’t a 7-Eleven close by, so be sure to pack everything you might need, as the nearest convenience store is quite a trek. The room is spacious and affordable, which is fantastic for the price. The air conditioning functions perfectly, and there’s a water heater available in the bathroom. Breakfast is decent – it consists of a slice of toast, an egg, your choice of ham or bacon, and two sausages. It’s simple, but it’s enough to kickstart your day. All in all, if you don’t mind being a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city center and prefer a quiet, roomy, and budget-friendly spot, this place is a solid choice.

Bon rapport qualité-prix ! Il semble qu'il y ait eu des améliorations depuis les derniers avis. Les portes paraissaient neuves, les murs fraîchement peints et l'eau chaude était au rendez-vous... Le lit était spacieux et la chambre bien propre. Le personnel, bien que parfois un peu débordé, était très sympathique. La piscine avait l'air propre, même si je ne l'ai pas essayée. Il y a une plage pas loin, mais j'ai préféré la plage de Ban Amphur, accessible à pied en 1 km via la 34 Na Chom Tian Alley. Un petit restaurant thaï sympa se trouve à 300 m et il y a une boutique juste en face de l'hôtel pour les boissons et autres besoins. Le wifi n'atteignait pas ma chambre, mais cela n'a pas trop gêné mon séjour.
