The accommodation is a bit of a distance from central Pattaya, but the atmosphere is serene and tranquil. There isn’t a 7-Eleven close by, so be sure to pack everything you might need, as the nearest convenience store is quite a trek. The room is spacious and affordable, which is fantastic for the price. The air conditioning functions perfectly, and there’s a water heater available in the bathroom. Breakfast is decent – it consists of a slice of toast, an egg, your choice of ham or bacon, and two sausages. It’s simple, but it’s enough to kickstart your day. All in all, if you don’t mind being a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city center and prefer a quiet, roomy, and budget-friendly spot, this place is a solid choice.

We just got back from our trip here in March 2025. A lot of the previous reviews seem outdated. The pool was well-maintained, and the rooms were quite tidy. At under 500 baht a night, it was a fantastic value. The location to Jomtien Beach was decent; it might be a bit of a longer walk for some, but you can easily stroll to the main road and catch a Songthaew. Like many hotels in the Pattaya area, if you're looking for a pet-friendly option, be sure to check their policies or any extra fees. Most places require you to book a pool view room and charge around 300 baht extra per night. The staff may be few, but they were very helpful and friendly.
