needs a little improvementid like that the staff did their best to fix the problem.at first we've got a problem cause they didnt follow the reserved rooms. i reserved 4 rooms but when u reached the hotel they toldme that the only available rooms are 3 and its a small rooms, we are 8 in a family luckily they have a dorm room available that is good for 6 peoples with bunk bed, the upper beds are not good for some of our family cause they are not that young. and we heard a conversation that it was the owner adviced to her staff to give out rooms eve its reserved,hopily this will not gonna happened again. and the pool has additional payment of 150 pesos there is no special on the pool.its expensive for 150
