I have stayed twice at this hotel. It exceeds expectations. For less than 30 USD per night, you get a clean room close to the airport. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. Downstairs is a laundry, convenience store, and several nice little cafés. This place is better than any American Motel 6, and it is perfect if you have an early flight at the airport in Davao, which is about 750 meters away.
