I have stayed twice at this hotel. It exceeds expectations. For less than 30 USD per night, you get a clean room close to the airport. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. Downstairs is a laundry, convenience store, and several nice little cafés. This place is better than any American Motel 6, and it is perfect if you have an early flight at the airport in Davao, which is about 750 meters away.
Overall: great deal for the cost. Access and parking can be challenging but the rooms and service are great and the restaurants have a variety of delicious food! Basically across the street from the Davao Airport entrance Nice clean hotel! Only complaint is the parking situation which is rather tight. Having a wide variety of restaurants *on property* was incredibly convenient! We really enjoyed the Anniepie bakery/coffeeshop in the mornings for coffee and breakfast. They have a small gift shop and produce. We did go to dinner at end of day and some of the restaurants were out of select items. Two-ish seating areas with like 4 menus and just one waiter. Regarding the rooms, they were clean and tidy, I wish we didn't have to use the key for electricity (if gone all day the AC is off) but it's more of an inconvenience rather than a deal breaker. Road noice wasn't too bad in the rooms but crossing traffic to enter the parking lot is challenging for those that don't "drive the filipino way" Would recommend to anyone catching a flight at Davao International. Being only 20ish minutes (depending on traffic) from like 2 of the city malls SM and Ayala. Definitely a win and would be happy to come back!
