I had a fantastic experience at this hostel, which was not only stylish but also impeccably clean and situated in a prime location. I can't express enough gratitude to the manager and staff for their incredible support during a challenging time. My partner and I took a taxi to the Thai embassy, and I accidentally left my cell phone in the car. I was quite stressed out, unsure of what to do next. With so many taxi companies and similar-looking cars, it felt impossible to track it down. The manager dedicated her afternoon to calling my old SIM card and sending texts, and thankfully, the next evening she kindly called one last time at my request, and the driver picked up! She coordinated everything for us to meet at the hostel, and it was such a joyful moment. This experience will always bring back fond memories of my time here. On a side note, there was a minor issue with some small water bugs, but the staff was proactive in addressing it with pest control. I noticed a few in the bathrooms and kitchen area, but I’m confident they’ll resolve it soon. Overall, this hostel is a wonderful place that I highly recommend!

The staff here are super friendly! I booked through the app for a mixed dorm, but they informed me that the female dorms were fully booked. Luckily, they upgraded me to a private couple's room! The AC works great, and I can adjust the temperature anytime based on my mood, which is fun. The room was clean, although the pillows and their covers had some stains. I just used the towel they provided instead. The bed is incredibly soft and comfy! The bathroom in our room was tidy, but there was no water during my entire stay. I had to go to the bathroom on the 2nd floor every time, but it was clean there, and the heater worked well, though it got really hot even on the lowest setting. There’s also a hair dryer available. I couldn’t find the common area since it’s under construction. Oh, and the wifi was a bit spotty; it didn’t reach our room on the 3rd floor, but thankfully I had mobile data. Overall, I had a lovely experience, especially with the free upgrade at that price! I stayed for 2 nights, and would I come back? Absolutely! Thank you!!
