Excellent value for the price. The one-bedroom unit was quite spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The location is convenient, with various establishments nearby, making it easy to get around. The room features a receiving area and includes basic amenities, though it lacks a microwave for heating food. There’s a mini fridge and an electric kettle available. The bedroom is roomy, but the TV stopped working on the second day; however, the living room TV was functional. The Wi-Fi is decent, though it can be a bit spotty at night, but it has good speeds for online work. The bathroom was clean, although there was a slight odor from the toilet, likely due to plumbing. The hot and cold shower worked perfectly. The room faced the street, so there is some street noise; if you're a light sleeper, it’s best to request a room change. Overall, it’s still a fantastic place to stay.

This hotel has such a cozy atmosphere! It truly feels like stepping into a luxurious mansion from the past. Everything is well-maintained, and it's conveniently located near plenty of shops. I picked this place because it's also close to the Visa Tasheel center. The only hiccup was that Agoda sent me an incorrect receipt that didn't include the free breakfast, but the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and patiently waited for me to reach out to Agoda. As soon as the issue was resolved, the hotel called me right away so I could enjoy my breakfast. I love that breakfast is served from 7 to 10, which is perfect for me since I'm not an early riser. 🙄 Plus, the breakfast isn't a buffet; you can order anything you want from their menu (the restaurant is right inside the hotel!). Absolutely worth every penny ❤️ I can't wait to book this hotel again for my next trip!
