S Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Cebu City—very convenient and accessible. The rooms are good, clean, and nice, but they're pretty basic with no refrigerator or microwave. They also have a small elevator, so it might get a bit cramped during busy hours. One thing to note: they don’t allow dried fish in the hotel, which is understandable given the smell, but it’s something to keep in mind for visitors. Overall, it’s still a decent and comfortable place to stay if you're looking for a conveniently located hotel in Cebu.
