I really enjoy this place! The staff is super friendly, and everything is kept clean, from the pantry to the rooms and bathrooms. Each bed has its own electric outlet, which is super handy. The wifi speed is decent too. The only thing to note is that our shared room (a) connects to another shared room (b), so guests in room b have to walk through our room to get to theirs. It can be a bit distracting with all the footsteps and doors opening and closing. I guess it really depends on the guests' etiquette—some of them seem a bit oblivious to the noise they make, even though they know there are other guests around.

Junction Hostels is my go-to spot when I'm traveling solo. If you're a couple, though, you might find better alternatives. The amenities are decent overall. A few of the hoses in the bathrooms could use some attention, and one sink seems to be coming loose from the wall. Sometimes the hot water heaters are a bit temperamental, and in one bathroom, the water is completely turned off. But honestly, it's easy to work around these issues by just picking a different bathroom and steering clear of the ones that are a bit problematic. The location is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly. For a single traveler, it’s a great deal for your money!
