One of the best low cost hotels that I've stayed in the Philippines! We stayed 3 nights. It's low cost so don't expect a lot of extra things, like toiletries or a fully furnished kitchen. But the rooms are spacious, clean and no bugs, not even mosquitos. The bedsheets are clean, the towel provided was a little old but still clean. The hotel is conveniently placed, near the highway, many stores and places to eat nearby. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I'm not giving 5 stars because there was a small problem. There's a canal nearby and sometimes it smells bad around the block. The first night, when we came back to our room, it smelled bad very bad. We asked the staff and they gave us another room that didn't smell. Even if it was already past midnight, they helped us until we were satisfied.

Jade Apartelle is located on a narrow Cul de sac that you'll access through a side street off the main highway. The rooms are bigger than average and comfortable. They have a cafe here as well as a sandwich place called egg stop. Parking area is ample. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV, toilet has a bidet and water heater.
