It's a very simple inn with basic amenities and the room is spacious enough for one person. The decor and the wall paint in the room is a little old-fashioned. It's located inside a quite neighborhood, very accessible and trasportation such as taxi and tricycle are readily available. I had a pleasant stay actually but one downside I encountered was the early morning checkout. There was no staff who assisted even though I rang the bell many times. Actually, there was a note posted outside the reception door, of their very small reception area, to ring the bell if you need anything. I was in a hurry that early morning because I had a plane to catch so I just "self-checked out" because no one was around and I left the key inside the room instead. Also there was no water dispenser and it's pretty hard to get hot water immediately but the staff told me that the tap water was safe to drink. The bad thing though there was no electrical kettle in the room too. Overall, it was a so-so stay.
