The co-living industry, unlike other industries, has shown great resilience during COVID-19 crisis. In our effort to provide a safe, hygienic and comfortable living experience, we at OYO LIFE are excited to offer multiple value-added services to strengthen its value proposition to the customers. Keeping affordability at the core of our offerings, we have launched a distinctive offer of 20% discount on monthly rent, starting from the fourth month of the long-term stay. This means, our residents can save up to INR 40,000 annually. 

 

What’s new with OYO LIFE ?

Customer behaviour is changing across the co-living industry with hygiene, safety standards and minimal-touch SOPs becoming the norm. As a responsible rental housing business, we have extended our ‘Sanitised Stays’ programme for OYO LIFE residents. Our select properties will have hygiene kits for guests and cleaning supplies for staff supplied by consumer goods company Unilever, including products from brands such as Lifebuoy, Domex, Sunlight and Cif.

We have listened to our customers and their evolving needs.
