To express our gratitude and empower more hotel owners with OYO’s tech-led franchise models, we have introduced the first-of-its-kind ‘O-Rewards’ program- OYO’s Exclusive Referral Program for Partners


With O-Rewards, we will reward asset for referring OYO to their fellow hotel owners with gifts ranging from Amazon vouchers to cars worth up to INR 10 Lakhs. This program has been conceptualized keeping in mind the creation of a thriving community of asset owners who can help each other grow with shared expertise and make the most of the OYO experience- together.

To build on this commitment, we further introduced an upgraded Co-OYO app for hotel partners to provide complete visibility on all business & customer metrics. In continuation of our commitment to support our hotel owners in succeeding and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction we also hosted the first Partner Advisory Council meeting in August in Delhi under the aegis of OYO Partner Engagement Network (OPEN) – the ongoing year-long commitment of support and engagement with 10,000+ asset owners across the country. 


Further in May this year we also launched the Cash in Bank an industry-first initiative for our asset owners across India to help them get easy access to quick, hassle-free and collateral-free business advances to upgrade or renovate their buildings. Through this initiative, our asset owners will be able to create a never seen before “Chic, Pop, Energetic” look and feel that can further help them improve the guest experience and improve the direct and repeat rate that’s already approximately 90%. To give our readers a quick background, the Co-OYO app allows asset owners to avail support programmes for growth as well as engage with the OYO ecosystem and strengthen community building. It further includes success stories of our asset owners, featured posts on get-togethers, new signings, anniversaries, information on helpline numbers, access to financing options, and other services. Additionally, there is also a section that provides an intuitive, on-the-go learning programme through videos that can guide asset owners on basics as part of a starter kit or refresher programme.
