Dr Mandar is a seasoned professional with numerous years of experience joining us after completing more than a decade working at McKinsey and Co. from 2002 to 2017 mostly in India with stints in Singapore and the UK. His core competencies included operations- both hospitals and pharmaceutical companies, and health policy. Apart from leading the McKinsey’s Delhi Office for 4 years he also taught a problem-solving course at Ashoka University’s Young India Fellowship program.

Dr Mandar Vaidya is a qualified medical doctor and has completed his MBBS and internship from Grant Medical College and JJ Hospital in Mumbai. His brief stint saw him pursing the role of a Medical Officer, though he opted out of MD and pursued an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai instead.
