Early last year at OYO, we experimented a new model of collaboration in software development called the “Solver Teams”. Over the year we shipped dozens of products and hundreds of features using this methodology. It is an impactful execution mechanism, that churns out multiple features every week at a very high speed, while having a positive synergy and camaraderie in environment across business, product, design and technology teams.
