Cave temples- Perak Tong

You can either pick a dry tour or a wet tour to explore through the cavern stretch for an exotic experience. The wet tour offers a river rafting experience through the narrow gaps and slides in the internal obstacle course.

Eerie Kellie’s Castle - Built by William Kellie Smith, this magnificent castle takes you to Scotland. Tucked atop a hill near Batu Gajah, the architecture of the house was inspired by the Scottish construction. Though from the outside it looks lush green with Victorian gardens with beautiful roses, from the inside it is mysterious and is believed to have hidden rooms, passages and underground tunnels. Some also believe it is haunted. The construction of the castle was left incomplete due to the demise of William Kellie Smith. The interiors give you a hint of the 17th century as the ceilings and the furnishings are class-apart and royal.

Geological Museum- Apart from caverns, temples, and amusement parks, Ipoh also offers a treat of extraordinary Geology. Established in 1957, the Geological Museum is an example of the same. The museum is known to exhibit over 150 gravel specimens and over 200 gemstones. You would find 7 zones inside the museum that narrate the history and earth science of the country. Other things that would encounter include displays of dinosaur fossils, crystalline, and a variety of minerals.

The River Kinat and Ipoh’s secret street art Mural’s Art lane is one of the mind-satiating alleys located on the River Kinta.
