Tempat penginapan yang agak selesa apa lagi kalau sekadar untuk bermalam kerana ada urusan tertentu. Dengan kadar penginapan yang murah tentunya menginap di sini dikira sangat berbaloi. Tiada masalah parkir kerana banyak ruang yang disediakan dan berada di dalam kawasan yang selamat. Suasana persekitaran penginapan juga aman dan tenteram jauh dari kesibukan. Terdapat juga kerusi dan meja batu yang disediakan di bawah pokok-pokok jika ingin bersantai di luar bilik. Staf yang ada juga sangat ramah dan membantu jika ditanyakan soalan tentang tempat-tempat menarik di Temerloh. Penginapan juga dekat dengan kedai-kedai jika kita berhasrat untuk membeli barangan keperluan harian. Jika malam minggu dapat lah mengunjungi car boot sale dan pasar bundle yang agak berdekatan dengan penginapan. Tujuan kami menginap di sini adalah untuk mengunjungi Pekan Sehari Temerloh.
