This is great for singles or couples, *it does NOT seem like an hourly motel* We'd had family in and 2 guests stayed here. Great location, but very limited parking. Has a cute little courtyard with a pool. There are good food and drink options in this immediate area, and its about a 5 minute combi ride down to oaxtepec centro, and maybe 10 minutes up to tlayacapan. My people only rented single bed rooms and everyone was pleased with the experience.
