My mom can't climb many stairs, so they moved our room to one on the first floor. And they're always very attentive and kind. The hotel has excellent rooms. It's very safe. The only problem is that I had to let them know every time I was going to shower so they could turn on the hot water. Everything else was super-super good. El personal muy amable, mi mamá no puede subir muchas escaleras y nos cambiaron la habitación a una en el primer piso. Y siempre muy atentos y muy amables. El hotel eesta en excelente habitación. Es muy seguro. La única cuestión es que tenia que avisar cada vez que me iba a bañar para que prendieron el agua caliente. De ahí en fuera todo supermega bien.

This an awesome hotel with a great nightly rate of 350 MXN. Staff Members were extremely nice while I was there. The room was spacious and the water in the bathroom was hot. Additionally, the room has a desk for those that want to study or work. The window in front of this desk did not have much of a view though. In the event that customers are hungry, the front desk offers snacks for sale. Some of the drawbacks of the room is that the cable channels were not working. The door to the bathroom stall was also somewhat broken.
