Nos llevaron nuestro equipaje hasta la habitación, que estaba con vista a la piscina . Durante la estancia tuvimos una buena atención en algunas ocasiones nos ayudaron a traer a la habitación el medicamento de mi mamá y delivery. El personal de limpieza mantuvo bastante agradable nuestra habitación, los encargados de las albercas de afuera igual muy amables, aunque hubieron días en los que no los encontrábamos para pedir las toallas. Finalmente el día del check out, también gran atención para ayudarnos a bajar nuestras pertenencias. En cuanto a instalaciones, no soy "exigente" estaba consiente de que es un hotel antiguo con mucha historia y por ende no todo sería perfecto, mi recomendación es tener en cuenta que hay demasiadas escaleras por lo que sería muy complicado el acceso a las demás instalaciones si tienen problemas de movilidad. Detalles en la habitación no encontramos, siempre funcionó el aire acondicionado y el agua caliente. El Único contra fue la TV esa solo tenía unos 5 canales y se escuchaba muy muy bajito, mejor ocupamos mi tab para ver peliculas. La única mala experiencia fue con otros huéspedes que se encontraban consumiendo alcohol en la piscina techada, uno especial que estuvo hablando entre dientes de mi mamá... Nefasto... No sean de esa clase personas, se molestó por que entramos en la misma piscina. En fin, no se dejen llevar por referencias malas, denle oportunidad vale la pena y visiten en temporada baja, disfrutan mejor de los espacios del hotel y los precios de hospedaje bajan un poco :D.

Hotel antiguo, ubicado a unos metros del WTC de Veracruz y de plaza las Américas. El acceso en automóvil es sencillo y para acceder al hotel, se cuenta con elevador y escaleras. El personal es muy amable y atento, siempre pendientes de las necesidades de los huéspedes. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, cuentan con televisor, aire acondicionado y televisión. Las camas están algo duras pero si se logra descansar con mucho cansancio, creo deberían mejorar esa parte. Como ya han mencionado, probablemente las escaleras constituyen un tema si se viaja con personas con limitación a la movilidad, pero si no es el caso, tampoco es que subas muchas escaleras con un grado de inclinación extremo... El plus del lugar (para mi) son las albercas techadas y el acceso rápido a la playa. Para la gente con dermatitis fotosensible es una estupenda opción el disponer de albercas bajo techo para refrescarse. Las albercas al exterior están bonitas, limpias y hay un temazcal. Asimismo, hay servicio de restaurante y comida a las albercas, sin embargo, para éstas últimas, sólo cuentan con comida rápida (hamburguesas, hot dogs, papas) y no se puede hacer cargo a la cuenta del hotel porque al parecer es una empresa externa la que tiene la concesión de comida... En resumen, es un hotel muy bello, histórico, que debería rescatarse por el bagaje cultural que representa. No tuve oportunidad de conocer las habitaciones con nombres de artistas (María Félix, Agustín Lara, etc), pero tan sólo de contemplar la arquitectura, uff... Es un hotel bonito al cual si regresaría, sólo mejoren las camas y el servicio de comida.
