We were on the 3rd floor, but there's an elevator. Another plus is that they assigned us our room at 10 am since our flight arrived early. Estuvimos 5 noches, la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable frente al zócalo (de ahí salen los tours diariamente) es un hotel sencillo, la cama es cómoda, el baño siempre limpio. Creímos que por la ubicación habría ruido pero no. Elegimos una habitación con vista interior. Nos tocó 3er piso pero tiene elevador.
