The room we had is on the middle floor and they classify it as floor M, I don't give it 5 stars because the TV control only served to silence it, we notified and they said they would fix it but it stayed the same, the TV is manual. The rooms are a little small and it has a small window at ground level hehe. The room has a large black metal cross and after a while it feels uncomfortable. The beds are comfortable and all the hallways have a rich aroma. The staff was very attentive, at reception they gave us all the necessary information about attractions and helped us with suitcases. La habitación que nos tocó está en la planta de en medio y las catalogan como piso M, no le pongo las 5 estrellas porque el control de la TV solo sirvió para ponerle silencio, avisamos y dijeron que lo arreglarían pero quedó igual, la TV es manual. están un poco pequeñas las habitaciones y tiene una ventana pequeña a ras de suelo jeje. La habitación tiene una cruz grande de metal color negra y después de un rato se siente incómodo. Las camas cómodas y todos los pasillos tienen un aroma rico. En mi caso no tomé desayuno pero hay un grupo cantando en el comedor desde bien temprano 😅 yo creo que la zona de restaurante y comedor necesita una renovación. Por el precio me pareció bien opción
