The service is not the best, they only helped us with our suitcases once and from then on we never saw anyone from the hotel again. Those at the reception do their job and I'm satisfied with that. It has an elevator, the doors are with cards, they do not have air conditioning (or at least the two rooms where I was did not have one) they only had a fan, the lighting in the room is very opaque, I would like them to have more lighting because I could hardly see, it was dark . The beds were comfortable, and so were the sheets. It has a cable TV, and what I didn't really like is that they don't have cell phone connectors near the bed, there were 2 under the television, 2 on the dresser and 2 in the bathroom. But next to the beds there were none and I had to be next to the dresser which was uncomfortable. In my opinion I would prefer them to be close to the bed. I didn't like that in the room for 3 people there are crucifixes about 1.5 m high, personally I had to cover it because it made me uncomfortable. That's all I can say. Después nos cambiamos a una habitación para 3 personas y esa si estaba un poco reducida ( al menos no recomendable para personas como yo que llevan muchas maletas), el baño en esta habitación estaba bastante amplio y limpio. Me gusta que está céntrico literal alado está el Zócalo y de precio está súper bien. El servicio no es lo mejor, solo una vez nos ayudaron con nuestras maletas y de ahí no volvimos a ver a nadie de el hotel. Los de la recepción hacen su trabajo y con eso me conformo. Tiene elevador, las puertas son con tarjetas, no tienen aire acondicionado (o al menos las dos habitaciones donde estuve no tenían) solo tenían ventilador, la iluminación del cuarto es muy opaca, me gustaría que tuvieran más iluminación porque casi no veía, estaba oscuro. Las camas estaban cómodas, y las sábanas también. Tiene e TV de cable, y lo que no me gustó de plano es que no tienen conectores de celular cerca de la cama, habían 2 debajo de la televisión, 2 en el tocador y 2 en el baño. Pero alado de las camas no había ninguno y tenía que estar pegada al tocador lo que era incómodo. A mi gusto preferiría que estuvieran cerca de la cama. No me gustó que en la habitación de 3 personas hay crucifijos como de 1.5 m de alto, en lo personal tuve que taparlo porque me incomodaba. Es todo lo que puedo decir.
