Kamar nya jorok selimut atau springbed nya kaya ga di cuci, terus untuk air nya juga ga jelas keluarnya kecil banget udah komplain tapi jawabannya ga memuaskan, yang lebih ngeselin lagi mau check out tuh ga ada orang satupun di resepsionis jadi kita yang menunggu mereka saking lama nya sampai sampai jam check out nya jadi lebih dan malah di kenakan charge yang ga wajar padahal bukan kesalahan kita sebagai tamu menunggu mereka 2 jam malah di suruh bayar 100k parah sih ini apa ya seakan akan tuh sengaja banget ngelakuin kek gini. Saran sih jangan kesini deh ga recommended banget pelayanan nya
