Day 1: Arrive in Auckland
Set your foot in New Zealand! After having cleared Customs & Immigration, meet our RLT Tour Represenetative, receive your tour documents and be transferred to your accommodation. Afterwards, visit Auckland’s Sky Tower and get an exhilarating panoramic view of Auckland City, once you have ridden up the SkyTower lift. The adrenaline junkies can dare to stand on the glass floor panels and see the view down to street level. Overnight stay at Auckland.
Day 2: Auckland City Tour (incl Kelly Tarlton’s)
Stuff yourself good and travel on to the University, Auckland Harbour Bridge to North Shore for wide views of harbour and yacht marina, Mt Eden where you will travel to the summit of this unique dormant volcano, Paritai Drive Auckland’s most expensive residential street having fantastic views of the Waitemata Harbour and finally Tamaki Water Front drive via Mission Bay. Visit the exciting Kelly Tarlton’s Under Water World. Walk through the life size reconstruction of Captain Scott’s Antarctic Hut as it was back in 1911. To get back to the present, board the Snow Cat vehicle for ride to the special Antarctic enclosure where you will encounter live King and Gentoo Penguins. Come face to face with giant stingrays, moray eels, thousands of different fish species and ‘the sharks’. Experience them just some centimeters away from you! After the fabulous tour, transfer to Rotorua city. Arrive Rotorua in the evening, check in at the hotel & relax. Rest of the evening is free for you to explore. Overnight in Rotorua.
Day 3: Rotorua’s Grand Experiences

Agrodome Sheep Show
During the show, nineteen sheep breeds will be introduced onto the stage, you will learn the art of sheep shearing, sheepdog demonstrations, cow milking, bottle feed lambs and an exciting sheep auction.
Tour Te Puia & Maori Arts & Crafts Institute
The Te Puia Thermal Reserve, famous for its Pohutu Geyser which erupts about 10 to 25 times each day to heights of 16 to 20 metres. The reserve is filled with boiling mud pools generated by the extreme thinness of the earth’s crust in the area. Afterwards get set to explore the Maori culture at the Maori Arts & Crafts Institute which preserves the remarkable heritage of Maori people.
Get refreshed by stepping inside Rainbow Springs Nature Park, an idle place to soothe your senses. Experience the never before coming together of nature , the quiet majesty of the native bush, ferns, trees and plants defines Rainbow Springs Nature Park as uniquely New Zealand. Overnight in Rotorua.
Day 4: Rotorua to Auckland
This morning, enjoy an early breakfast before being collected from your hotel. Today tour through the famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves via Lake Karapiro and picture perfect Fitzgerald Glade. Enjoy the spectacular limestone formations and studded roof with the lights of thousands of tiny Glowworms. After your cave experience travel through the horticultural farmland into the lush dairy farms and arrive in Auckland. The rest of the day is free to explore. Overnight in Auckland.
Day 5: Auckland to Queenstown
After having breakfast check out from Auckland & transfer to the airport with RLT Tour Representative for your flight to Queenstown- New Zealand’s adventure capital. Overnight in Queenstown.
Day 6: Day Tour to Milford Sound & Fiordland inc Cruise
Today after breakfast, leave Queenstown to travel alongside Lake Wakatipu, through Kingston, Garston and Mossburn before arriving Te Anau. Follow the shores of Lake Te Anau before entering Fiordland National Park. Board the catamaran and start a 1.5 hour cruise out in the Tasman Sea and witness the superb views of towering peaks, close ups of the cool mists of tall waterfalls, as well as southern fur seals and the spectacular Mitre Peak. Return to Milford Wharf where you reboard your coach. Return journey to Queenstown arriving at around 7.30pm. Overnight in Queenstown.
Day 7: Free Day in Queenstown

Day 8: Queenstown to Mt Cook Village
Enjoy your breakfast this morning and board the coach to Christchurch. The Mount Cook Wander begins from Queenstown with a short trip up the Kawarau River Gorge into Lindis Pass and over the MacKenzie Basin to Mount Cook National Park. During your stay at Mount Cook you can opt for scenic flight or lunch at The Hermitage. Overnight in Mt Cook.

Day 9: Mt Cook Village to Christchurch
Have your breakfast before leaving Mount Cook, proceed with our RLT Tour Representative for Tasman Valley 4WD Argo Tour. A unique 4WD & Argo adventure with close-up views of the Tasman Glacier and its gigantic moraine walls. Learn about the area and listen to the intriguing local stories. Enjoy a short walk to a vantage point overlooking the Tasman Glacier and Terminal Lake which makes one of the most spectacular photographic opportunities in the Aoraki Mount Cook National Park. As you travel up the Tasman Valley on a 4WD track you will be amazed by the awesome mountain scenery! During the Spring and Summer months you can see an abundance of Mount Cook Lilies, Celmesia Daisies, Golden Spaniard Spear Grass and many delicate mountain flowers. You may even catch a glimpse of the world’s only ‘mountain parrot’ – New Zealand’s cheeky Kea. After the tour, head to Lake Pukaki with merges into the main highway. Continue your journey to Lake Tekapo with a brief stop to view the delightful “Church of the Good Shepherd” and the bronze “Collie Dog” statue signifying the rural history of the area. From here, drive through the Canterbury Plains which is the largest flat land in New Zealand. Arrival Christchurch, the day is free to explore and shopping. Overnight in Christchurch.
Day 10: Depart Christchurch
Following your breakfast, check out from the hotel & depart for Morning city tour of Christchurch. Experience the grand architecture, beautiful gardens and scenic view points on a half-day city tour of Christchurch. Wander the Monavale Gardens with pretty ponds, drive through the city center with its historic buildings and architecture. Visit the seaside suburb of Sumner, and travel to the Sign of the Takahe and admire the spectacular views over the Canterbury Plains and Southern Alps. After this, proceed to the Christchurch International airport & experience the true feel Antartica in an Antartic Centre. Experience Huggland ride, Penguin encounter & 4D Theatre. The Antarctic Attraction’ consists of Antarctic exhibits, a café, and bar. The centre operates a Hagglund Ride around the centre’s land. This is a children hub, however is an educational tool for all ages, to display the mobility of the Hagglund. The Hagglund is an Antarctic Vehicle that is still in operation. Among other attractions, there is an amazing Antarctic snow storm room, an audiovisual display, and little blue penguins at the NZ Penguin Encounter. The centre is set up as habitat for penguins from the wild that are in need of help, with one of those penguins nicknamed ‘Morgan’ getting all the media attention for refusing to swim. After the tour, proceed to your terminal & catch your returning flight back home with memories of this sensational RLT trip which last a lifetime!
